At Eetrarai, we understand that a mother’s emotional well-being during pregnancy plays a vital role in her baby’s development, not just physically, but emotionally and neurologically. Research shows that a mother’s stress levels, emotional state, and the support she receives during pregnancy can directly influence the baby’s brain development, attachment patterns, and even future emotional resilience. These sessions are designed for any carrying mother who wants to move through this journey with more ease, love, and grace.

Our sessions bring together practices, old wisdom, and conversations that help you take care of yourself while you take care of the baby growing inside you. We’ll sit together, share stories, breathe deeply, and make space for everything you’re feeling.

  4. Pranayama & MeditationGentle breathing practices  and meditation to help you and your baby feel calm and relaxed. 
  5. Write What You Feel – You don’t need fancy words, just a few lines from your heart. We will help you start a journal just for you and your baby.
  6. Eating with Care – A food routine that nourishes you from the inside out, without pressure or rules.
  7. Bonding with Baby – Your baby is already listening. We share ways to connect through voice, touch, music, or silence.
