Whether it’s your first child or you’re hoping for a different experience this time, this is a place to pause, understand, and prepare yourself with love and care.

In this session, we hold your hand through the earliest phase of motherhood, the one that begins within you. We help you turn inward, listen closely, and nurture the parts of you that are waiting to be seen. Through practices and conversations, we plant little seeds of balance, joy, and readiness.
