At Eetrarai, our mornings begin with breathing and movement. These sessions are open to anyone preparing to welcome a child into their life. Whether you’re planning for pregnancy, currently carrying, caring for a newborn, supporting a partner, or simply seeking grounding in your day, this space is for you.

Our focus for pregnant mothers is on breathing practices that help during labor by promoting relaxation and focus. For postpartum mothers, this session will support recovery, fitness, and regaining strength. 

Starting with Stillness

When planning for parenthood, it’s not just the body that prepares , the mind does too. These daily sessions offer a shared space for partners, caregivers, and future parents to grow emotionally strong, physically ready, and spiritually open to the journey ahead. We offer a space to connect with your breath, your body, and with each other.

What happens with our sessions?

  1. With regular breathing practices, your racing thoughts begin to slow down. You start noticing more space between your thoughts. 
  2. Breathing practices like Nadi Shodhana and Bhramari calm the fight-or-flight response and strengthen your ability to respond to life with steadiness, not stress.
  3. With every slow, deep breath, you create room for difficult emotions to soften. You learn to sit with discomfort without reacting .
  4. You might find yourself sleeping more deeply, waking up lighter, and feeling more in tune with your body’s natural rhythms.
